Welcome to the Sun- Matte- Hof (sunny and quiet in the middle of green meadows at 1080m)
Wake up to the sun and the smell of fresh bread rolls. If you like, you can start the day with our delicious breakfast buffet with all kinds of culinary specialities. Whether mountain biking, motorcycling, skiing or cross-country skiing, our farm is an ideal starting point for all activities. In winter it means: out of the front door and onto the piste :). Herbal information from our in-house herb witch Andrea, who knows a recipe for almost everything, is a delicacy on your holiday. There is also plenty else to discover here with us, driving the tractor with the farmer or stroking and feeding the donkeys will not only make the little ones' hearts beat faster. You will see, big and small, young and young-at-heart... there is something special for everyone :)

Check-in and check-out regulation
Please contact your host in advance to inform him about your approximated time of arrival.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
Die angegebenen Preise beinhalten keine Kurtaxe. Sollte im Ort der gebuchten Unterkunft eine Kurtaxe erhoben werden, so ist diese vor Ort verpflichtend zu zahlen.

No prepayment will be charged. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

Description of the accommodation
Spacious bedroom with double bed and bunk bed for kids, living/dining room, kitchen with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven,...) bathroom with shower and WC, balcony, TV, radio. Hut flair and pine scent...

Our holiday flats are family-friendly, bright and friendly. The flats have a fully equipped kitchen, some with dishwasher. Shower/WC, towels and hairdryer are standard in every bathroom. Two separate bedrooms, a living room with couch and TV give everyone the space they need. Some of them have direct access to the balcony, so that nothing stands in the way of an outdoor breakfast. Children's equipment is also available and can be borrowed as required.
