It comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 280 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV and sofa.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Dining room
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds that can be joined or separated.
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A beautiful 280 m² enclosed garden
- A 45 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- On Hatainville beach, you can take surfing lessons with the Vainana Surf school.
- Kite surfing, kite flying, sand yachting...
- Numerous hiking trails pass close by, including the GR 223.
- The Nord Cotentin region offers many possibilities for visits: Cite de la Mer, Ludiver, Château de Pérou, D-Day beaches...
- Visit the Channel Islands from Carteret.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Valognes train station, 32 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport 1h30min away.
